WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THERAPY?
Upon initial meeting, Christa will conduct an extensive interview so she can get familiar with the history of your current condition. You will take part in an examination which will include range of motion and strength measurements, as well as postural and functional assessments. Christa will then create your plan of care with agreed upon outcome goals. Education and treatment will be provided same day.

In order to get the most out of your rehab experience, it is important to:
  • Communicate with your therapist. Please ask questions about your condition and treatment plan.
  • Set clear, realistic goals.
  • Be honest about your pain tolerance
  • Follow through on your home exercise plan. If unsure regarding exercise technique, please ask therapist for clarification.
  • Attend all scheduled treatment sessions
