Can't come to the clinic?

We have options!

IN-HOME

Let Christa come to you! This is a wonderful option for those who might want to stay at home and receive high quality physical therapy services.  You get one on one, hands on therapy from a dedicated, licensed and highly trained physical therapist. 45 or 60 minute sessions are available, as well as in combination with Telehealth services. 

60 minute sessions-typically used for initial evaluations and/or more extensive intervention. We may discuss reason for seeking care, medical history, systems review, range of motion assessment, functional strength and traditional strength testing, postural assessment, review plan of care and available treatment options, patient education, and more. 

45 minute sessions-these sessions are perfect for reviewing progress, advancing home management program, advancing exercises, Q&A, and patient education. 

Christa will bring table, all equipment, forms and educational hand-outs . You can also opt for paperless forms and hand-outs. 

You can provide in person credit card or HSA card transaction. Cash or check is also accepted. Payment to be processed after first session is complete. 

TELEHEALTH

Access Private Health's services remotely from home using safe and HIPPA compliant Telehealth clinic! This is a wonderful option if you want quality physical therapy services that can fit into a busy schedule and give you the comfort and convenience of staying home. Chose from 60 minute sessions, 30 minute sessions or in combination with in-home visits.  If you are not sure if this option is right for you, please schedule a free consultation to learn more.
